Twelve Thousand Autographs
JK
Rowling is the creator of the world-acclaimed Harry Potter novel.
Readers around the world are eagerly awaiting the release date of each episode
of the magical story Harry Potter. In
order to buy the book, people wait in line for several meters before the shops
open. Thus, the best-selling Harry
Potter novel. Not only did it come out as a book, it also came out as a
movie and many parts of the collection.
Can
you believe if a writer autographs twelve thousand people a day?
The owner of that record is female writer JK Rowling. Rowling, who made
billions from her writing, was once divorced from her husband and living in
poverty with her infant son.
Born
in England on July 31, 1956, Rowling loved writing stories at
an early age. Harry Potter was the story that came to his mind then. Rowling, who focused on her studies at the
urging of her parents, graduated with a degree in English Literature.
Then he started writing
novels as a way out. While writing the third part, he went to Portugal for
work. Over the next three years, love marriage, childbirth and divorce took
place one by one.
Disillusioned
with life, he returned to London with the baby.
Three episodes of Harry Potter, meanwhile, have been dormant in his box for
four years. Rowling was left without a job and a place to stay in London.
He
sat down and wandered around looking for the right place to write. At the
coffee shop in that town, they gave me a place to sit and write. Whenever he
had time there, he forgot the world and wrote the Harry Potter story.
He took the written story and went up and down several publications. Ignored
everywhere got replaced. He hoped that
one day the situation would change though. Rowling's hopes were not in vain.
The publication Blueberry offered to publish his story
as a book. Harry Potter's first book was
published on June 26, 1997. The flag flew in sales. Rowling grew to the
point where he could sign twelve thousand books in a single day.
So far, seven episodes
of Harry Potter have been released. All have achieved sales record.
