KENNETT SQUARE
According to reports, Kennett Square in Pennsylvania in the United States has been considered as the Mushroom capital of the world. It is said that about 150 Years ago, some of them in the area started growing mushrooms under elevated beds in their greenhouse, a space which was left unused otherwise.
And as the world spread around, more and more farmers started growing mushrooms the same way. Today, the place celebrates an annual mushroom festival. It is said to be celebrated on the weekend after Labor Day in the United States.
