Matcha Tea
One cup of matcha, a type of Green Tea, packs in 280mg of caffeine, while traditional green tea contains a meek 35mg.
This is eight times the regular amount. Matcha is made from finely ground whole green tea leaves, making it more potent than other brewed teas.
According to a research, when you drink matcha, you get 100% of the nutrients, including vitamins, fibre and 137 times the antioxidants of a cup of regularly brewed green tea.
